Kreloff Capital Partners provides a wide range of investment banking services primarily for companies in the Lower Middle Market. We define the Lower Middle Market as companies with $10 to $200 million in enterprise value or companies generating between $1 million and $10 million in annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). We also work with early stage companies that have a compelling product or service or that have achieved some traction in the marketplace. We are industry agnostic. Our focus is on the investment banking process.
Our investment banking team specializes in providing mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) advisory services for sellers and buyers. We are also skilled in advising our clients on the placement of private equity, secured and unsecured debt and PIPE financings (private equity or debt placement inside of a public entity). Our clients range from family-owned businesses, portfolio companies of private equity firms and divisions of large corporate parents. Our advisory services cover a wide range of corporate finance disciplines including the following areas:
Private Market Financings – We help our clients identify investment capital and arrange senior debt, mezzanine/subordinated debt and equity capital to support growth or transaction related financings and shareholder recapitalizations.
Special Situations – We assist companies facing serious financial challenges. We are regularly involved in situations that require extremely short time frames to raise capital, highly leveraged acquisition deals (or recaps) and companies that are operating inside and outside of bankruptcy. We are experts at identifying the right solution for your capital formation needs whether it is short term bridge financing or long term investment capital.
Strategic Assessments - We help business owners evaluate growth opportunities, the competitive landscape of their industry, long-term financing strategies, succession considerations and a variety of other matters that may have an impact on the business owner’s ability to maximize long-term value.
